Digital Products (Photos and Digital Artwork): Delivery Method: Upon completion of your digital order (photos or digital artwork), you will receive an email with a download link or a link to a private online gallery where you can view and download your images. Delivery Time: Digital products are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks from the date of the photoshoot or finalization of artwork, unless otherwise specified. Revisions: If there are any revisions requested, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for these changes to be made and the final files to be delivered. 2. Physical Products (Prints and Albums): Shipping Method: Prints and albums are carefully packaged and shipped via reputable courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx) to ensure safe delivery. Shipping Time: Prints: Standard prints are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. Custom or large format prints may take longer, and the estimated shipping time will be communicated upon order confirmation. Albums: Custom-designed albums are shipped within 4-6 weeks from the date of final approval of the album layout. Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and size/weight of the package. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. 3.
