Cancellation and Refund Policy - Varun Chaudhary Photography

At Varun Chaudhary Photography, we strive to provide excellent service to our clients. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

  • Booking Cancellations
    • Clients may cancel a photography session booking by providing written notice to Varun Chaudhary Photography via email or phone.
    • Cancellations made [10 days] or less in advance of the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
    • Cancellations made within [24 hours] of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment already made, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Varun Chaudhary Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • Refunds
    • Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within [10 days] of the cancellation notice.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original transaction.
    • No refunds will be provided for services already rendered, including but not limited to completed photography sessions or delivered photographs.
  • Rescheduling
    • Clients may request to reschedule a booking subject to availability and mutual agreement with Varun Chaudhary Photography.
    • Varun Chaudhary Photography will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
    • No rescheduling fees will be charged unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.
