    • Varun Chaudhary Photography provides photography services including but not limited to portrait photography, event photography, and commercial photography.
    • Specific details about the services offered, pricing, and terms of engagement will be communicated and agreed upon between the client and Varun Chaudhary Photography prior to booking.
  • Booking and Payment
    • Booking: To book a photography session or service, clients may contact us through our website or by phone/email. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified.
    • Payment: Payments for services are due as per the agreed terms. We accept payments via [UPI, NEFT & Razorpay+]. All payments are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in these Terms or as required by law.
  • Cancellation and Rescheduling
    • Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing notice to Varun Chaudhary Photography within a reasonable timeframe. The deposit or payment may be subject to forfeiture or rescheduling fees, depending on the circumstances and our policies.
  • Client Cooperation
    • Clients are responsible for providing necessary cooperation and information to ensure successful delivery of services. This includes but is not limited to providing accurate details for bookings, communicating preferences, and adhering to agreed schedules.
  • Intellectual Property
    • Varun Chaudhary Photography retains all rights to the photographs and images produced during the course of providing services. Clients may receive a license or rights to use the photographs under specific terms agreed upon in writing.
    • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the photographs without explicit permission from Varun Chaudhary Photography.
  • Liability
    • Varun Chaudhary Photography will make every effort to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control that may affect the provision of services or delivery of photographs.
    • Our liability for any breach of these Terms and Conditions or negligence shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
